The season draws to a close on this proper as it opens the refrigerator door. Focusing on a pretty standard family, we’re introduced to the refrigerator who narrates their part in the story as a happy member of the family. We see how everyone is having a good time getting things from the fridge and the excitement over treats within it as it keeps things cool. The thing took a darker turn over time as the fridge sees more anger and problematic family moments across time and becomes impacted by that as the kids grew up, less food was in the house, and everyone drifts further and further apart.

In Summary:
The show takes a darker turn the more time passes and as the family disintegrates more but the fridge gets excited when some of them start using it again, which is its own dark turn as they have a plan to use the fridge in a way that’s not surprising but still disturbing as the darkness of the world consumed them. This story is a bit more creative than some of the others this season and the show really needed to do a lot more like this than what they did. While there were good episodes along the way it definitely felt like a weak season compared to some of what we had before.
