The summer 2019 anime series If It’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord is getting its home video releases handled by Columbia Japan. They’ve set a shortened scheduled for it with a three-volume release plan that will be only on Blu-ray. The releases began on September 25th, 2019 where each release is priced at 9,800 yen. Now, we’ve got the first look at the second cover for the volume that’s landing on October 30th, 2019. Check the finalized details below!
Takeyuki Yanase is directing based on the series scripts by Takao Yoshioka. Miyako Nishida, Toshihide Masudate, and Kaho Deguchi and working on the character designs with Maho Film handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Kanon Takao as Latina, Nobuhiko Okamoto as Dale, Tsuyoshi Koyama as Kenneth, Manami Numakura as Rita, Yūki Kuwahara as Chloe, Marika Kōno as Sylvia, Mutsumi Tamura as Rudy, Yuūki Hirose as Marcel, and Katsumi Fukuhara as Anthony.
The series comes with the opening song “I’m With You” by Kanon Takao and the ending song “This is Yusha, but Zannen?!” by Nobuhiko Okamoto with their respective sequences
The series comes from the novels by CHIROLU which began in 2014 and has nine volumes out. J-Novel Club has been releasing the novels digitally and Seven Seas has been working on the manga that Hota has been adapting.

Plot Concept: Dale is a cool, composed, and highly skilled adventurer who’s made quite a name for himself despite his youth. One day on a job deep in the forest, he comes across a little devil girl who’s almost wasted away. Unable to just leave her there to die, Dale takes her home and becomes her adoptive father. Devil or not, Latina is beyond adorable, and the adventurer soon finds himself head over heels with being a parent. But why was she out in the forest to begin with, and why does she carry the mark of a criminal?
