We learned in September 2018 that the mobile app game Stand My Heroes is on track for an anime adaptation that’s going to land as part of the fall 2019 season. With a premiere date of October 7th, 2019 set, Funimation has announced that they’ll be simulcasting it on the same day and will have a simuldub at a later date. Availability for their streaming will be for the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
Hideyo Yamamoto is directing based on the scripts by Sayaka Harada. Yuki Takayama is on board with the character designs while M.S.C. is handling the animation production. The cast from the game reprising their roles for the adaptation.

Game Concept: The otome puzzle game for female players is set in modern Tokyo at Matori, the narcotics control unit of investigators under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The protagonist, who has the unique trait of drugs having no effect on her, ends up working in the unit. She scouts personnel from investigators, idols, writers, genius high school students, top designers, butlers, underground doctors, and others to form teams of modern ikemen heroes for different missions.
