Things are not what they seem with most M. Night Shyamalan works and that’s pretty much the tagline for the first TV series for him to work on with Servant. Set to be a part of the Apple TV+ package but with no premiere date for it yet, the first two promos have landed for the project. The show is set for 30-minute episodes and will have ten episodes.
The project was created by Tony Basgallop and Shyamalan is set to direct the first pilot and another episode.
The cast includes Toby Kebbell, Lauren Ambrose, Nell Tiger Free, and Rupert Grint.
Plot Concept: The series follows “parents Dorothy and Sean Turner, who have hired young nanny Leanne to help care for their newborn child.” As time goes on, it becomes clear that “things are not quite as they seem.”
