The anime film adaptation of Osamu Dazai’s novel No Longer Human is being released under the title Human Lost and Australian distributor Madman Entertainment is handling distribution there. They’ve set their premiere for it as part of the Melbourne Anime Festival with a September 15th, 2019 debut.

The film is directed by Fuminori Kizaki based on the screenplay written by Tow Ubukata and character designs by Yusuke Kozaki. Polygon Pictures is handling the animation production.
