‘Dante’s Inferno: an Animated Epic’ Gets Amazon Streaming Distribution

1 min read
The animated feature Dante's Inferno follows Dante on a stunning journey through the nine circles of Hell as he travels through limbo, lust, gluttony, greed, anger, heresy, violence, fraud and treachery in search of love.

With Manga Entertainment having released Dante’s Inferno previously, they’ve gone and done the brought the film over to Amazon for streaming. The 88-minute feature is available in its original English language and includes the voice talents of Mark Hamill, Victoria Tennant, and Vanessa Branch. We’ve not heard much about this film since about 2014 when Manga Entertainment began taking various projects that they have and reworking a scene with cats in it.

The feature was originally released back in 2010 by the company on DVD only and it was an interesting mix of Korean and Japanese animation studios participating in its production. But now, you can have all the Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Anger, Heresy, Violence, Fraud and Treachery you want, just with… cats.

Once again, I continue to wonder how this got past licensor approval…

Plot Concept:  Based on EA’s must-have game, the animated feature Dante’s Inferno follows Dante on a stunning journey through the nine circles of Hell as he travels through limbo, lust, gluttony, greed, anger, heresy, violence, fraud and treachery in search of love.
