‘BEASTARS’ Anime Adaptation Gets Livestream Presentation

Viz Media announced their pickup of the BEASTARS manga back in November and we learned in February 2019 that an anime adaptation is in the works from Studio Orange. With is set for Fuji TV’s +Ultra block in October 2019 with streaming handled by Netflix, TOHO is handling a new livestream promotional event for the show where a new anime promo is being included within it as well as plans to reveal the full cast and more details. Check it out now and we’ll update later once the full cast list is released!

Shinichi Matsumi is directing based on the scripts by Nanami Higuchi. Nao Ootsu is handling the character designs with studio Orange handling the animation production.

The manga comes from Paru Itagaki which began in 2016 in Weekly Shonen Champion and has twelve volumes out.
