We learned in February about a new anime adaptation coming with the Koisuru Asteroid series from Quro being in the works. The official site has now updated to reveal that the series is on track for January 2020 debut and has detailed its staff. Daisuke Hiramaki is directing it based on the series composition and scripts by Yuka Yamada. Jun Yamazaki is on board with character designs with Doga Kobo handling the animation production. Check out the key visual below.
The property began in 2017 in the magazine and has two volumes release so far as it’s a four-panel work.
Plot Concept: The series focuses on Mira, who a girl who dreams of joining the astronomy club once she got into high school, after meeting a man and promising to discover new asteroids when she was younger. But the high school she got into had abolished its astronomy club the year before she enrolled, and it has now been combined with the earth sciences club.
