There aren’t a lot of details at the moment but the upcoming Kotodama Shojo rap project is getting an anime component. The project also has slotted Cd singles, web radio material, and live-streamed programs for the virtual rap unit. The series has set Suzuhito Yasuda on character designs while Toshiya Ono is handling the series composition.

Plot Concept: The characters in “Microphone Soul Spinners” are named Shiika Yosano, Raimu Mukōda, Chieri Villeneuve, and Himawari Kawabata. The four are the lowest ranked in their school built to raise up star artists. The four meet in a rap battle, and decide to take down everyone above them in their journey to the top of the school hierarchy.
