A new attempt at bringing the Phantasy Star Online 2 game to anime form is underway with Episode Oracle set for an October 2019 debut. The twenty-five episode series will have the first three episodes recompiling the story of “episodes 1-3” of the original game. The series is directed by Masaki Tachibana based on the series composition by Hiroshi Ohnogi. Shinpei Koikawa is handling the character designs while GONZO is handling the animation production with Felix Film working on the 3DCG.

- Megumi Ogata as Xion
- Ryohei Kimura as Zeno
- Yōko Hikasa as Echo
- Takahiro Sakurai as Luther
