Sentai Filmworks is getting another show set with a dub with the darkly popular show Why the hell are you here, Teacher!? As part of the spring 2019 lineup of properties. HIDIVE has now revealed that they’re working on a dub for it that will be released at a later point in time. No timeframe was given nor was any of the cast or production side revealed. HIDIVE handled the simulcast for the series with it available to viewers worldwide when it began on April 7th, 2019 at 12:50 pm EDT. It was directed by Hikaru Kaneko with Tear Studio handling the animation production. Kazuhiko Tamura worked on character designs.
Shizuka Ishigami as Hikari Hazakura, Nozomi Yamamoto as Takashi Takahashi, Kazutomi Yamamoto as Chizuru Tachibana, and Yūsuke Kobayashi as Kō Tanaka.
The manga from Soboru began in 2016 after having a series of one-shots prior to that. Five volumes are out as of the announcement.

Plot Concept: Ichiro Sato is about as average as a student can get? except for his above-average ability to land himself in totally awkward, intensely risque situations with his no-nonsense teacher, Kana Kojima! Ichiro has his hands full dealing with these steamy shenanigans and unexpected encounters in the most unlikely places. At least it can?t get any worse, right?
