The summer 2018 anime series Free! -Dive to the Future- is getting its home video releases handled Funimation and they’ve started showing off the limited release with the first preorder trailer. Set for an August 20th, 2019 debut, the set is priced at $84.98 and comes with the complete twelve episode run in a heavy chipboard box that matches the previous seasons nicely. The set comes with an art book and five foil cards as well. On-disc extras are listed at the moment as just the clean opening and closing sequences. Check out the full spread below!
This season was directed by Eisaku Kawanami with Masahiro Yokotani handling the scripts. Futoshi Nishiya served as the character designer and chief animation director with Kyoto Animation handling the production.
The Japanese cast includes Daisuke Hirakawa as Rei Ryugazaki, Mamoru Miyano as Rin Matsuoka, Nobunaga Shimazaki as Haruka Nanase, Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Makoto Tachibana, Tsubasa Yonaga as Nagisa Hazuki, Akeno Watanabe as Gō Matsuoka, Hiroshi Yanaka as Gorō Sasabe, Kenjiro Tsuda as Seijūrō Mikoshiba, Satsuki Yukino as Miho Amakata, Atsushi Abe as Romio Hayahune, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Shizuru Isurugi, and Ryou Hirohashi as Ayumu Kunikida.
