Peppermint Anime Debuts Three More ‘King’s Game’ German Dub Clips

3 min read

The fall 2017 anime series King’s Game is having its home video releases handled in Germany by Peppermint Anime. The first volume saw release on April 26th, 2019 and the distributor had put out a promo previously – only for it to get whacked by automated scanning services. The clips for this series keep getting blocked at the source due to copyright issues on YouTube but we do get them on Vimeo officially and it gives us a taste of how this show sounds in German. The second set is coming up on June 28th, 2019 and we now have three clips to show what the dub for it is like. It has the second set of six episodes of the series with the DVD and Blu-ray both priced at 35 euro.

Check out our review of the series.

Noriyoshi Sasaki directed the series with Kenji Konuta handling the series composition. Kan Soramoto and Yosuke Ito worked on the character designs and it was being animated at Seven.

Nobuaki’s classmates think it’s a simple prank, and don’t take it seriously–but Nobuaki knows that a death game is about to begin, and struggles to oppose it…
