After polluting their own planet beyond repair, a race of evil aliens target earth as their next home. Oops, we beat you to it?

Discotek Media previously dug into the Bandai visual catalog with the 1980 property Space Warrior Baldios feature film and now they’re giving it some expanded distribution. Crunchyroll is now streaming the series in its original Japanese language with English subtitles as well as the previously created English language dub. Similar to the home video license that Discotek has, Crunchyroll can only stream it in the US and Canada.

Bandai Visual brought out the 35 episode TV series that aired that year previously. That set is priced at 35,000 yen and landed on October 28th, 2015. Working off of a new HD negative for the release as part of the 35th anniversary of the show, the set includes the pilot version of the series, the commercial spots, and the clean opening and closing as well as the theatrical trailers.

Plot concept: After polluting their own planet beyond repair, a race of evil aliens target earth as their next home. Now it is up to a lone outcast and his robotic spacecraft, Baldios, to defend earth. But, first he must convince the distrusting human population of the impending danger.
