‘Bloom Into You’ Manga Ending Scheduled

Yuu has always loved shoujo manga and awaits the day she gets a love confession that sends her heart aflutter with bubbles and blushes, and yet when a junior high classmate confesses his feelings to her…she feels nothing.

The fall 2018 anime series Bloom Into You delighted a lot of fans and got a number of people to check out the manga from Nio Nakatani. The seventh volume of the manga released there today and it was revealed that the eighth volume coming up in November 2019 will be the final installment. No final chapter was set for the serialized version that will hit later this year.

The TV anime series saw Makoto Kato directing based on the scripts by Jukki Hanada. Hiroaki Gohda is handling the character designs with animation production at TROYCA.

The Japanese cast includes Yūki Takada as Yuu Koito, Minako Kotobuki as Touko Nanami, Ai Kayano as Sayaka Saeki, and Taichi Ichikawa as Seiji Maki.

The manga, which is available through Seven Seas Entertainment in English, began in 2015 and has seven volumes out so far in Japan.
