The fall 2018 anime series Devidol! previously found itself with some home video release information at long last. The show was done as a Blu-ray “box set” of two discs that landed on February 28th, 2019. It’s priced at 3,800 yen and has the complete series. A second season was announced after it sold so well but the one thing we didn’t get listed through Amazon until now was the packaging for it. That’s finally surfaced and gives us a good look at a kind of unconventional cover to some degree.

The series is directed by Sota Sugahara based on the scripts by Kazuyuki Osabe. Lat handled the character designs for it.

The Japanese cast includes Suzuko Mimori as Aira, Yuka Iguchi as Shima, Kana Hanazawa as Hana, and Ryo Fukawa as Rocket-sensei.

Plot Concept: The story focuses on three demons who are living in the human world: Aira, Shima, and Hana. While they work hard and make friends at school, they pursue their dream of being an idol. However, because none of them know how to be an idol, they keep trying and straying from their goal. Guided by the kind but sometimes strict lecture of Rocket-sensei, they strive to become idols.
