With some live-action material and manga out there in years past for the Million Arthur MMORPG game from Square Enix, a full on anime adaptation was announced back in March 2018. This one is focused on the upcoming game Han-Gyaku-Sei Million Arthur and its planned for a two-cour run. The first cour hit last fall and the second half began with an April 4th, 2019 debut on Tokyo MX.
With Funimation having recently acquired it and set their plans for release, Crunchyroll is getting in on it a bit as well. They’re working with just the second season for now with the first three episodes (listed as episodes 11-13) out this morning. New episodes will arrive every Thursday at 10:00 am ET for members.
The series is being directed by Youhei Suzuki with Tsuyoshi Tamai handling the scripts for it. JC Staff is working on the animation production side and Yoshinari Saito has been revealed as the main character designer with Masahito Onoda as the sub-designer.
The Japanese cast includes Sora Amamiya as Danchō Arthur, Tetsuya Kakihara as Tekken Arthur, Ayana Taketatsu as Yamaneko Arthur, Inori Minase as Renkin Arthur, Natsuki Hanae as Kakka Arthur, Yūichi Nakamura as Rurō Arthur, Himika Akaneya as Nuckelavee, Rie Takahashi as Titania, Nao Tōyama as Coopy, Yū Serizawa as Brigitte, Suzuko Mimori as Bodach, and Rina Hidaka as Bethor.

Plot Concept: The sacred sword “Excalibur”. A sword that was created to judge a person’s ability to be king of England. Those whom the sword accepts will be called “Arthur” and will obtain great power. However, there was not a single Arthur, but many more. Due to this massive creation of legendary humans, the world and its history began to be distorted. Now, with the aim of restoring the history of the world to its original course, six Arthur, a master of the sword, a fighter, a sniper, a puncher, an alchemist and a shooter, will go to this place, England. Their mission is to defeat all those who have managed to obtain a power from the sacred sword Excalibur and who are distorting the world, which are around a million people.
