Sentai Filmworks Reveals ‘Mitsuboshi Colors’ Anime Dub Cast

The winter 2018 anime series Mitsuboshi Colors has its home video release being handled by Sentai Filmworks and they’re working through their promotion for it ahead of the release. The Blu-ray only release is scheduled for an April 30th, 2019 debut priced at $69.98 and now the dub cast has been revealed with a preview trailer. John Swasey is on board to direct the series.

The anime adaptation was directed by Tomoyuki Kawamura based on the series composition by Shogo Yasukawa. Takumi Yokota handled the character designs with Silver Link producing the animation.

Japanese cast includes Yuuki Takada as Yui, Marika Kouno as Sacchan, Natsumi Hioka as Kotoha, Atsushi Tamaru as Saitō, Kaori Nazuka as Sacchan’s Mother, Ayaka Asai as Nonoka, Tesshō Genda as Old Man, and Hisako Tōjō as Momoka.

The original work has three volumes to its name since starting in the summer of 2014.

Plot concept: The “Colors” are three cute little girls who hang out together and say they’re protecting the peace of their city. They have lots of fun together, doing stuff like playing games, solving puzzles, and going to the zoo. This story follows their largely happy daily life.
