The anime adaptation of the five-panel manga series THE IDOLM@STERCINDERELLA GIRLS Theater has seen its three seasons show up on Crunchyroll in the past so it’s no surprise that the fourth is headed there as well. Crunchyroll has announced their pickup of the show with it set to debut on April 2nd, 2019 at 8:55 am ET for their membership. Availability for it is solid as it’s open to viewers worldwide outside of Asia.
The series will again be directed by Puchimas!!: Petit Petit iDOLM@STER director Mankyuu based on the original character designs by Kuma-Jet. Studio Gathering will be producing the animation.
The cast includes Ayaka Ohashi as Uzuki Shimamura, Ayaka Fukuhara as Rin Shibuya, Sayuri Hara as Mio Honda, Ruriko Aoki as Riina Tada, Hiromi Igarashi as Anzu Futaba, Sumire Uesaka as Anastasia and Maaya Uchida as Ranko Kanzaki.
The series will be working off of the manga that’s produced for the mobile game app. It’s been producing work since 2012 and has eight volumes out as of March 2018.
