Crunchyroll is taking aim at another series where they’re doing some promotion with and it’s the Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles series. The twelve episode show saw release on the service previously and now they’re streaming the opening sequence separately in order to draw some attention to their catalog shows. It features the opening song “Feeling Around” from Minori Suzuki.

Kenji Setou directed it based on the series composition by Tatsuya Takahashi while Takua Tani adapted the character designs. Takuya Tani and Masaaki Sakurai served as the chief animation director with Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ handling the animation production.

The Japanese cast includes Ayana Taketatsu as Koizumi-san, Ayane Sakura as Yuu Oosawa, Akari Kito as Misa Nakamura, and Yumi Hara as Jun Takahashi.

The work comes from Naru Narumi and runs in the same magazine with seven volumes released so far. It previously got a live-action TV drama back in 2015 coming after the manga began in the fall of 2013.

Plot concept: A cool girl who rarely speaks… The mysterious transfer student Koizumi-san doesn’t get along with others very well, but she’s actually a professional when it comes to ramen, who seeks out delicious ramen every day. Now serving up a truly authentic ramen story!
