Netflix Continues Anime Investments With ‘Levius’ Anime

Netflix has a new anime series that it’s now announced as it continues to gain presence in this space with an adaptation of the Levius manga. The service brought out a promo for it and noted that it’s looking at a winter 2019 premiere for it. The series has Hiroyuki Seshita as the chief director with Keisuke Ide directing at Polygon Pictures based on the series composition by Hiroshi Seko. Yuki Moriyama is on board as the character designer.

The series is based on the manga by Haruhisa Nakata which began in 2013 and went through a publication change along the way where it has eight volumes out between the two distributors; three as Levius and five as Levius/est. Viz Media holds the English language rights to the property.
