‘THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS Theater’ Anime Getting One More Season

The anime adaptation of the five-panel manga series THE IDOLM@STERCINDERELLA GIRLS Theater had its third season out in 2018 and announced last December that the “Climax Season” would be coming this spring. Now, the official site has updated to reveal an April 2nd, 2019 debut on Tokyo MX and Bs11.

The series will again be directed by Puchimas!!: Petit Petit iDOLM@STER director Mankyuu based on the original character designs by Kuma-Jet. Studio Gathering will be producing the animation.

The cast includes Ayaka Ohashi as Uzuki Shimamura, Ayaka Fukuhara as Rin Shibuya, Sayuri Hara as Mio Honda, Ruriko Aoki as Riina Tada, Hiromi Igarashi as Anzu Futaba, Sumire Uesaka as Anastasia and Maaya Uchida as Ranko Kanzaki.

The series will be working off of the manga that’s produced for the mobile game app. It’s been producing work since 2012 and has eight volumes out as of March 2018.
