The official site of the Kotobuki: The Wasteland Squadron anime series is doing some new promotion for the show as the season moves on. With Sentai Filmworks acquiring it and HIDIVE streaming it, the official site has now dropped the promo for the tenth episode that’s coming up on March 17th, 2019. The series is directed by Tsutomu Mizushima based on the series composition and scripts by Michiko Yokote. Shou Sugai is adapting the original designs by Hidari with Gemba producing the animation while Wao World handles the key animation.
The Japanese cast includes Sayumi Suzushiro as Kirie, Eri Yukimura as Enma, Sayaka Nakaya as Kate, Asami Seto as Leona, Hibiku Yamamura as Zara, Miyu Tomita as Chika, Akiko Yajima as Madame Lulu, Keiji Fujiwara as Saneatsu, Rumi Okubo as Natsuo, Yōji Ueda as Johnny, Nao Tōyama as Ririko, Misaki Yoshioka as Anna, Miho Okasaki as Maria, and Miyuri Shimabukuro, Aoi Koga, and Natsumi Kawaida as Ady, Betty, and Cindy.

Plot Concept: The series takes place in a barren frontier where people trade goods with each other in order to help each other survive. The Kotobuki Squadron are bodyguards for hire, led by a strict but beautiful squadron leader, an unreliable commanding officer, and a true artisan of a crew chief. Alongside pilots who don’t lack for personality, they take to the air in dogfights, letting the engine noise of their Hayabusa fighters ring out in the skies.
