The Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san anime adaptation of the manga by Rimukoro is on track with some key updates today. The official site has rolled out a new promotional video for the series that reveals an April 10th, 2019 debut through multiple outlets. We also got a great new key visual you can see below. Tomoaki Koshida is directing based on the series composition by Yoshiko Nakamura. Miwa Oshima is handling the character designs with animation produced at Doga Kobo.

The Japanese cast includes:

  • Azumi Waki as Senko
  • Junichi Suwabe as Nakano
  • Maaya Uchida as Shiro
  • Ayane Sakura as Kōenji
  • Eri Kitamura

The manga began in 2017 on the Comic Newtype site and has three print volumes published so far.

Plot Concept: The story focuses on Nakano, an employee of an exploitative “black” company, who meets a divine fox spirit named Senko. While she looks like a young girl, Senko is in fact 800 years old. She offers to spoil Nakano as much as possible, and begins looking after him.
