A perfect time to head to the water park.

What They Say:
It’s a peaceful day like any other in the cafe Rainy Color. Suddenly, the silence is broken when a girl kicks down the door. Her name is Amami Yoko, and she’s the daughter of the cafe’s owner, Amami Koji. The target of her ire and the cause of all the ruckus is Koji himself. Just then, she catches sight of Rainy Color’s mascot dog, Rain, and freezes. It turns out that she’s afraid of dogs! She trips over the suitcase, topples over, and shatters a vase that Koji was keeping nearby. As punishment for breaking the vase, Yoko is forced to stand in as Rainy Color’s manager for summer vacation.

Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers)
With the last episode having a more natural ending point, contrary to the rest of the episodes before it, this episode gets to start fresh in a new place at an outdoor water park. The girls are enjoying the place while observing some YouTubers that are doing their schtick, which just left me cringing. There’s plenty of panning sequences as we get to see how the main girls are all dressed for the occasion while being playful, especially since Yoko causes trouble with a big splash at first. It doesn’t get a lot done when you get down to it but the playfulness is fun, especially since it leads to a whole top being torn off moment.

In Summary:
There’s nothing but fluff here but it works well since it leans into the fanservice easily with cute girls in cute bathing suits stuff. It’s a fun day at the water park with a little mild drama and some friendly fun and I’ll admit that I liked it even if it does have that abrupt ending moment. What I didn’t like was that it basically has the theme song playing softly in the background after giving us the whole opening sequence. Too much repetition of the music playing.
