The fall 2018 anime series Tsurune: Kazemai High School School’s Archery Club is getting its home video release handled by Pony Canyon and they’ve set a pretty good plan for it. The show is set for a five-volume release that began on January 9th, 2019 and we’re catching up a touch by looking at the second set that came out earlier this month with its larger full packaging spread and cover. The first four DVDs are priced at 8,200 yen while the fifth is priced at 7,200 yen. The Blu-ray side is the same with it priced at 9,200 yen for the first four and 8,200 yen for the fifth and final volume. Check out the full schedule below.
The show was directed by Takuya Yamamura based on the series composition by Michiko Yokote. Miku Kadowaki worked on the character designs while Kyoto Animation handled the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Ryota Suzuki as Ryōhei Yamanouchi, Aoi Ichikawa as Seiya Takehaya, Yūto Uemura as Minato Narumiya, Shougo Yano as Nanao Kisaragi, Kaito Ishikawa as Kaito Onogi, Shintarō Asanuma as Masaki Takagawa, and Kensho Ono as Shū Fujimura.
The property is based on the novel by Kotoko Ayano with artwork by Chinatsu Morimoto that came out in December 2016.

Plot Concept: The “archery youth story” novel follows Minato Narumiya. Minato played Japanese archery in middle school, but after a certain incident, he ran away from the sport. In high school, Minato meets new friends, and together as part of their school’s archery club, they aim to win the prefectural tournament.
