The summer 2018 anime series Harukana Receive is getting its home video release plans handled by Kadokawa and they’ve set a standard scheduled for it. The sixth and final volume is coming out on February 27th, 2019 and we’ve now got a good look at the packaging for it. The twelve episode series is getting a six-volume release that began on September 26th, 2018. The DVDs are priced at 6,000 yen while the Blu-ray’s are priced at 7,000 yen. The series was directed by Yoshiyuki Kubooka based on the series composition by Touko Machida. Takeshi Oda served as both character designer and chief animation director with C2C handling the animation production.
The Japanese cast includes Kana Yuuki as Haruka Oozora, Saki Miyashita as Kanata Higa, Atsumi Tanezaki as Kurea Thomas, Rie Suegara as Emiri Thomas, Miyuri Shimabukuro as Narumi Tōi, Kanae Itō as Ayasa Tachibana, and Chisa Kimura as Akari Ōshiro.
The series is currently running in Manga Time Kirara Forward and has been ongoing since August 2015. Seven Seas Entertainment has the North American license.

Plot Concept: The story takes place in Okinawa, where Haruka forms a beach volleyball pair with Kanata. Kanata, who couldn’t handle the pressure put on her by her short height, had given up on beach volleyball already but is convinced by Haruka to step back on the sand once again and aim for the junior tournament.
