We learned a couple of weeks ago about a new project that’s coming together for the winter 2019 season with Virtualsan Looking, a property that brings together virtual stars on YouTube (known as VTubers). The series is set to debut shortly at midnight tonight in Japan and the production studio for the project has now dropped a new trailer for it, giving us a better feel for the visual aspect of it all. There are some interesting producers in the mix for this, including Hideaki Anno, and Yasutaka Nakata. The virtual stars that are included with it are Mirai Akari, Dennō Shōjo Siro, Tsukino Mito, Tanaka Hime, Suzuki Hina, and Nekomiya Hinata under the unit named Virtual Real.
The series is directed by Daigo Abe.
The twelve episode run will feature standard length episodes and will be done as a number of segments within it.
