New Manga This Week

The manga train for 2019 continues on and our second release week of the year is a light one again but there are some really good works here. Noir Caesar debuts Playboy this week while Seven Seas brings out Dragon Quest Monsters+ alongside more Captain Harlock. Viz Media has some new volumes out as well with Case Closed and Hayate the Combat Butler and even a little Pokemon.
