The anime adaptation of the five-panel manga series THE IDOLM@STERCINDERELLA GIRLS Theater had its third season out earlier this year and it looks like there’s one more run ahead of it. The official site has revealed that the “Climax Season” will arrive as part of the Spring 2019 season in April and that there may be some differences in how this season is being done. The series will again be directed by Puchimas!!: Petit Petit iDOLM@STER director Mankyuu based on the original character designs by Kuma-Jet. Studio Gathering will be producing the animation.
The cast includes Ayaka Ohashi as Uzuki Shimamura, Ayaka Fukuhara as Rin Shibuya, Sayuri Hara as Mio Honda, Ruriko Aoki as Riina Tada, Hiromi Igarashi as Anzu Futaba, Sumire Uesaka as Anastasia and Maaya Uchida as Ranko Kanzaki.
The series will be working off of the manga that’s produced for the mobile game app. It’s been producing work since 2012 and has eight volumes out as of March 2018.
