‘An Angel Flew Down to Me!’ Manga Getting Anime Adaptation

The third volume of the manga series Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita!, which localizes as An Angel Flew Down to Me!, revealed this summer that an anime adaptation is coming. The official site has now updated with some new information that sets the show for the Winter 2019 season in January while also revealing the cast and a new visual. The Japanese cast, whose character designs you can see below, include Reina Ueda as Miyako Hoshino, Maria Sashide as Hana Shirosaki, Rika Nagae as Hinata Hoshino, and Akari Kitō as Noa Himesaka.

The series has Daisuki Hiramaki directing it based on the series composition by Yuka Yamada. Hiromi Nakagawa is handling the character designs while Doga Kobo is working on the animation production.

The original work comes from Nanatsu Mukunoki which began in 2016 in Yurihime magazine and has three volumes released so far.

Plot Concept: The series deals withMiyako Hoshino, a shy college student and otaku. Miyako’s younger sister Hinata, who is a fifth grader, has a classmate and friend named Hana. When they meet, Miyako falls for Hana at first sight.
