A new original anime feature film has been revealed for a 2019 debut with Ashita Sekai ga Owaru Toshitemowhich translates as Even if the World Will End Tomorrow. The film is set for a January 25th, 2019 debut and we’ve got the launch of the official site and the first key visual from it.
The project has Yuhei Sakuragi directing it based on the screenplay he wrote with Craftar listed as handling the original work. A novel is in the works from Sakuragi as well. No casting has been revealed as auditions are currently being held.

Plot Concept: The story deals with Shin and Kotori, who are both third years in high school. Shin lost his mother when he was little, and since then he has a tendency to close himself off. Kotori is his childhood friend who always looks out for him. One day, another “self” from another Japan appears in front of them.
