The latest rankings have come in from Japan with what’s selling on the home video side and there are a couple of first volumes in the mix as well. While the third Code Geass film takes the top spot with 12,000 units, the third Free! tv series drops in at 5,000 Blu-ray discs and another 2,500 on DVD. This week also sees the debut of the Yuna of the Hot Springs series at 2,300 Blu-ray volumes landing while the third season of Encouragement of Climb lands at almost 1,800 Blu-ray units. How Not to Summon a Demon Lord debuts with almost 1,400 units and Grand Blue at 1,200. For those keep track of box sets with higher prices, True Tears movies 1,200 while Yu Yu Hakusho with its latest box hits just under 3,000 sets moved.
On the DVD side, the latest One Piece Log Collection focusing on Fujitora took the top spot with 5,500 units.
