‘Hora, Mimi ga Mieteru yo!’ Anime Adaptation Announced

A new series is lined up for the fall 2018 season with Hora, Mimi ga Mieteru yo!, which translates as Look, I Can See Your Ears!, has been scheduled for October. It’s coming from a Chinese webcomic with a premiere set in China first this month before coming out later in Japan in October. The show has Chiaki Sugano directing it in coordination with monofilmo for the animation and larger production elements.

Plot Concept: The series revolves around Daisū, a manga creator who grew up in an orphanage, and whose works do not sell very well. Daisū lives each lonely day in boredom, but one day he meets a young man named Myō who has cat ears, and his everyday life completely changes. Myō gets in trouble every day, but for the first time in his life, Daisū’s heart experiences “warmth.”
