Funimation Schedules Seven Essentials Anime Imprint Titles

With Funimation revealing their big slate of new titles coming out in November during their Otakon panel this summer, the distributor is also fleshing out more of what’s coming out. With November being a big month to get out a lot of product as part of the holiday season, Black Friday sales, and other events, low-priced anime makes for some easy stocking stuffers and ways to get people to pad out their orders on the cheap. So, they’ve got a new round of relatively recent shows that are now getting Blu-ray only essentials editions, priced at $30 each before any discounts. They land throughout the month of November but offer up a way to get some high-quality anime that can make for great gifts for the right friend.

The newly added Essentials include:

3. Handa-kun: Complete Collection (Blu-ray) (Essentials) – 300 minutes – $29.98 – 11/6/18
4. Regalia – The Three Sacred Stars: Complete Collection (Blu-ray) (Essentials) – 325 minutes – $29.98 – 11/27/18
5. Three Leaves, Three Colors: Complete Collection (Blu-ray) (Essentials) – 300 minutes – $29.98 – 11/27/18
6. JOKER GAME: Complete Collection (Blu-ray) (Essentials) – 300 minutes – $29.98 – 11/13/18
7. The Morose Mononokean: Complete Collection (Blu-ray) (Essentials) – 325 minutes – $29.98 – 11/20/18
