What They Say
Ever since Meiko regressed to a childlike state, she has lost the monstrous strength that made her the ultimate jailer. But now, more than ever, Kiyoshi and Mari need to bring back the old Meiko. Can they revive the former Shadow Student Council vice president buried deep within and take down the Official Student Council?

Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers):
Hana finally got her golden shower revenge on Kiyoshi, and it may just break him, mentally. Dealing with his humiliation would have been one thing, but Hana threw him one last curveball before she left him covered in pee. Hana leaned in and kissed him long and hard, then left without a word. Leaving Kiyoshi wondering if he had won their encounter or loss. On one hand he got to see her Medusa and scored a kiss. On the other hand, he got soaked in pee from head to toe. For most people, that would count that as a loss.

Luckily for Kiyoshi he stumbles across Gackt. Speaking with the guy that shit himself in front of a classroom of girls, really helps Kiyoshi put things into perspective. If Gackt can make a comeback from that, then surely Kiyoshi can get over a private golden shower. Right?

All that aside, the boys and the Shadow Student Council have a lot bigger problem. Not only is Meiko still in her weak, meek state of mind but Andre has been stolen from the boys. Risa figured out the type of masochist that Andre is, and she has completely mastered him. His former obsession with Meiko looks like a passing fancy compared to how completely Risa controls him. Seeing them interact in preparation for the Shoulder Wars contest strikes fear into the Shadow Student Council.

There is no hope for them given Andre’s beast-mode. Unless, they can find a way to change Meiko back to her whip wielding bad ass self. If they can do that, then there might be a chance that Risa’s hold over Andre can be broken. This puts everyone into a mad scramble to find something that can bring back the old Meiko. But while they try to fix Meiko, Kiyoshi helps Hana in her quest to defeat the real Student Council in the girl’s obstacle race.

Hana won the race last year, but this time there is just one little problem. Hana and Kiyoshi accidentally swapped underwear in their mad scramble to avoid detection during the golden shower incident. For Kiyoshi, it is just like wearing tidy whiteys. But for Hana, she must keep his boxes tucked up under her much smaller running shorts. Can she run her heart out through the obstacle course while also fighting off the wedgie of her life? Will Andre be an indomitable force on the battlefield or can the Shadow Student Council revive Meiko’s tough-girl personality?

In Summary:
The hilarity and sexiness of the last two volumes was just too much to keep going. This newest volume returns to a sustainable pace with all the characters getting equal screen time. Gackt manages to get back on a friendly term with Mitsuko and their shared love of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms may be enough to heal they’re falling out. Kiyoshi somehow manages to keep his golden shower debacle a secret from everyone, and more importantly from Chiyo. Even Shingo might end up finding love with the girl he has a crush on. But the challenges between the Student Council and the Shadow Student Council have reached a crescendo with the Shoulder Wars challenge ready to begin. The existence of both councils is on the line and the school wet t-shirt contest, Andre is a rampant servant of the Student Council, and Meiko is still in her weakling form. Is there any hope for victory for the boys and the Shadow Student Council, or as Andre ensured a victory for the Student Council?
