If you’ve got some open time in your summer schedule amid the simulcasts, Crunchyroll has a two-cour series that’s now available on the service thanks to their partnership with Funimation with My-Hime. The series is from Sunrise and was part of their expansion out of entirely mecha based properties with things a little more creative. It’s in its original Japanese language with English subtitles but is limited to the US and Canada as it’s an older release whose rights for streaming in other territories are owned by other companies.

Check out our review of the series.

My-Hime: Thirteen girls, each with the ability to materialize “Elements” and summon metallic guardians called “Childs” have been brought to Fuuka Academy to battle mysterious creatures called Orphans. Each with a different personality and background, they must decide who they truly care about and why they fight.
