Viz Media Sets New ‘Rosario+Vampire’ Digital Manga Sale

2 min read

Viz Media has kicked off its latest digital series sale on the manga front where you can get a lot of material for a pretty sweet price – without the storage problems! The latest series to get the treatment via ComiXology (and Amazon) is Rosario+Vampire where the full series and its second season are now priced at just $4.99 a volume.

The sale runs through July 2nd, 2018.

The manga comes from Akihisa Ikeda which came out between 2004 and 2007 with a sequel series that ran from 2007 to 2014, totaling twenty-four volumes that Viz Media has released. The property had an anime adaptation that landed its first season in the winter of 2008 with Gonzo animating and then returned in fall of 2008 with the second season. Check out our thoughts on the first season here.

Plot concept: All-around average student Tsukune can’t get accepted to any high school save one…but on his first day, he finds the rest of the student body doesn’t appear average in the least. Best of all, the cutest girl on campus can’t wait to fling her arms around his neck! Wait a sec’–are those her teeth around his neck too…? Tsukune’s going to have one heck of a hickey when he gets home from Monster High! But does he have a chance in H-E-double-hockey-sticks of raising his grades at a school where the turf war isn’t between the jocks and the nerds but the vampires and the werewolves?
