Miki, the idol partner of Peach Maki, is having a bit of a burnout. Sick of everyone meowing at her and commenting on her, she retreats to find her foxy brothers. Despite the cat stage persona, she’s actually a fox!

She’s not the only one with problems at the moment. Hozuki has been tasked with giving a talk about hell administration stuff at a preschool. (Hell preschool, there’s an idea I never thought of.) Everyone can tell what a terrible idea that is, but how to stop Hozuki from unintentionally traumatizing children? Well, it turns out that Miki’s brothers are adept at transformations and are willing to lend a hand to put on a show for the kids. In fact, Hell PBS is so impressed that they contract Miki for a children’s puppet show!

So she’ll have to suffer being her Miki persona for a bit longer it would appear.

One of the lessons they teach the kids is about a particularly nasty hell parasite that enters a victim through the rectum and explodes out the brain. Unlike the caterpillars and other cutesy creatures of hell we’ve seen thus far, it looks like an overgrown virus. Nothing cute about it. After a long explanation of safety protocol to a bunch of fresh workers in this new fresh region of hell, Hozuki witnesses Shiro wander unprotected into the scene.

For a show that had no qualms about portraying the little dog’s butt hole artistically, we know where this is going.

There’s a dark part of me that was happy to see Shiro end up injured. The little white dog can be awfully shrill and he’s extremely overused because he’s the cute mascot. His friends worry and fret over his fate as he undergoes surgery and once Shiro is safe they break into relieved laughter at his expense. Hey, it’s what friends do.

In Summary:
Shiro’s habit of following Hozuki around has finally come back to bite him in the ass. Of all the horrors of hell, it is a little surprising that we haven’t seen the workers end up in a predicament yet from their hazardous work. Shiro was clearly never taught about the parasites that call the depths of hell home, unlike those kids that Miki decides to perform for.
