The latest rankings have come in from Japan with what’s selling when it comes to manga and light novels in Japan. On the manga side, the latest Chihayafuru has a strong second week that keeps it in the top spot with 95,000 units moved to bring it just under 200,000. We also see Heroic Legend of Arslan doing the same and Ajin as well. But new volumes of Skip Beat! and Days are showing up well here though most of the top ten are 60,000 and under.
On the light novel side, the latest Sword Art Online: Progressive has a strong second week with 33,000 more moved to bring it to 112,000 while more Sword Oratoria conquers the second place spot. This week has a lot of under-10,000 unit debuts for ongoing series in the top ten that are doing decently.
