August is a bit of a recovery period for a lot of distributors as they take stock of events from the big summer conventions and wrap things up with Otakon as well. Sentai Filmworks and Kraken Releasing, through Section23 Films distribution, has formalized their home video release slate for the month and it’s a light one with some fun titles. The live-action side gets more Garo and the Dai-Kaiju Mono releases that will delight fans.
The anime side brings out the Dunbine massive box set with a whole lot of bilingual material on Blu-ray. We also get two properties with regular and limited editions with Armed Girls Machiavellism and No Game, No Life Zero.
