Crunchyroll Adds Four ‘Hetalia’ Anime Series

One of those properties that has sadly fallen off over the years that I hope gets a bit of a revival is that of Hetalia. Crunchyroll has now added four series worth of the show from the Funimation catalog as a part of their deal for streaming now. It’s in its original Japanese language with English subtitles only while the dub remains on Funimation’s site. Because of them being licensed at different times, availability is a bit different for each season with:

1. Hetalia: Axis Powers – United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
2. Hetalia: World Series – United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland
3. Hetalia: The Beautiful World – United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland
4. Hetalia: The World Twinkle – United States, Canada, United Kingdom, South Africa,  Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark. Netherlands

Plot Concept: Forget what you learned in history class, and imagine all the nations of the world as guys on an inappropriate reality show. Pledge allegiance to your favorite superpower in Hetalia Axis Powers!
