Tubi TV has found another older anime series to bring out that’s not getting much in the way of distribution elsewhere with the Angel Sanctuary OVA. The three episode series is now streaming on the service in its original Japanese language with English subtitles here.

The property was released by Central Park Media and then rescued by Media Blasters, and there was a series of Drama CDs in Japan as well that covered other story arcs.

Viz Media released twenty volumes of the manga series in full in North America.

Plot concept: Why is Setsuna so mixed up? Despite his attempts to be noble, he’ll fight anyone anytime; he ignores all authority; and he harbors feelings for his sister that can only be described as “incestuous.” Why is he such a mess? The reason may be found with two demons from the underworld and their enemy, an insane angel who is distributing an insidious computer game called Angel Sanctuary.
