Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers)
With a couple of fun jobs in the mix so far, Tapio and Kuehiko hit up their next short term job by working at a clothing store. It’s here that they work hard in getting things setup for the shop while wearing the weirdest of full body outfits that make them look like other animals. It’s cute to watch them helping customers pick out things and work their service skills, though Tapio comes by it a lot easier than Kuehiko does. Kuehiko comes across well as he learns more about working the shop floor here and adjusting his skills and it’s a nice contrast to the overly friendly Tapio who does well but isn’t suited for all customers.
In Summary:
The show introduces us to another fun little job for the guys while avoiding some of the problematic things that customers do, so as to not scare off kids to the reality of the workplace! Again, this is not high-end entertainment but I’m finding it cute and silly as a nice little time waster to enjoy without having to really get into anything big or deep. It’s silly in all the right ways and it’s a surprisingly educational show in some very light touch kind of ways.
