After bringing out a quick teaser yesterday, Warner Bros. has brought out the first full trailer for Ocean’s 8 that gives us a good look at the cast. After a trilogy of films that focused on George Clooney’s character of Danny Ocean, the new film focuses on his sister and a heist she’s getting ready to pull with one hell of a crew. Set for a June 8th, 2018 bow, it’s written by Gary Ross and Olivia Milch with Gary Ross directing.
The cast includes Sandra Bullock as Debbie Ocean, Cate Blanchett as Lou, Helena Bonham Carter as Rose, Anne Hathaway as Daphne Kluger, Rihanna as Nine Ball
Mindy Kaling as Amita, Sarah Paulson as Tammy, Awkwafina as Constance, Damian Lewis, Richard Armitage as Claude Becker, and James Corden.
Plot Concept: Danny Ocean’s estranged sister Debbie attempts to pull off the heist of the century at New York City’s star-studded annual Met Gala. Her first stop is to assemble the perfect crew: Lou, Rose, Daphne Kluger, Nine Ball, Tammy, Amita, and Constance.
