Viewster Brings Back ‘A Bridge To The Starry Skies’ Anime

2 min read

A Bridge To Starry SkiesViewster has added a series back to their streaming side that had lapsed previously with the 2011 show A Bridge to the Starry Skies. The twelve episode series is now available in its original Japanese language with English subtitles here.

Originally airing in 2011, the series was directed by Takenori Mihara based on the series composition by Go Zappa. Haruo Ogawara handled the character design adaptation and served as the chief animation director with production handled by Doga Kobo.

The Japanese cast includes Aiko Ōkubo as Koyori Tōdō, Chiaki Takahashi as Tsumugi Tōdō, Eriko Nakamura as Ui Nakatsugawa, Ringo Aoba as Ibuki Hinata, and Shintarō Asanuma as Kazuma Hoshino.

Plot Concept: This cute yet sexy anime follows Kazuma and Ayumu, two brothers who move to a rural mountain village while Ayumu recovers from an illness. Things are off to a rocky start when Kazuma gets lost in the woods, where he meets pretty, young Ui, and they share an awkward, unintentional kiss. As luck would have it, they’re in the same class at school! Soon Kazuma has a harem of female friends, and the jealousy grows as thick as moss. You’ll love it for the humor and the scenic shots of forests, rivers, and star-filled skies (not to mention a healthy bit of fan service).
