‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ Titled With Logo Released

2 min read

Solo LogoRon Howard has been keeping fans enjoying what reveals he’s been able to make over the last few months since stepping in on the production of the previously untitled Han Solo film. With production wrapped, later than expected because of the directorial issues, he put out a few new video today that gave us the expected name of the film with the logo to go with it. I really do wish they had been creative and tied a name into the actual story that’s taking place but I can imagine that would lead to some spoilers for the deep lore types that would try to figure things out and they went for a safe movie title.

It may be minimal but I like Rogue One whereas Solo is just gonna kinda be there.

Directed by Chris Miller, Phil Lord, and Ron Howard, the film stars Alden Ehrenreich, Donald Glover, Emilia Clarke and Woody Harrelson with a planned May 25th, 2018 release.

Plot Concept: This new film depicts Han in his formative years as a scoundrel on the rise in the galaxy’s underworld — years before the events involving Han, Leia, and Darth Vader in The Empire Strikes Back and his rise to Rebel hero in Return of the Jedi.
