The fall 2017 anime series Konohana Kitan is having its home video releases handled by Media Factory and they’ve set a good schedule for it. The twelve episode series is getting a four-volume release that begins on December 22nd, 2017. The DVDs are priced at 8,000 yen each while the Blu-ray’s are priced at 8,500 yen.
Hideko Okamoto directed it with the series composition by Takao Yoshioka. Keiko Kurosawa worked on the character designs and studio Lerche produced the animation.
The Japanese cast includes Yuuko Oono as Yuzu, Sawako Hata as Satsuki, Ayaka Suwa as Natsume, Risa Kubota as Ren, Ai Kakuma as Sakura, and Manami Numakura as Kiri.
Plot Concept: In a village inhabited by youkai, the lives of several fox mononoke working in a hot spring inn. The stories revolve around a new employee, Yuzu. Yuzu had always been living in the mountains, but now has to adjust to a new life working in a high class inn. She is oblivious and clumsy at first, but with her simple cuteness, she is able to get along with all the other foxes.
