With a September 22nd, 2017 release set for Matthew Vaughn’s next film with Kingsman: The Golden Circle, Fox recently brought out the second trailer for it and is now getting more of the TV marketing underway. After the red and green band trailers from last month, which you can see below, the TV spot obviously doesn’t pull much from the red band side but we do get some new footage to check out with the cast dynamic and some of the plot basics.
The original film did strong numbers with a $414 worldwide theatrical take and a good bit added to that with home video and other distribution means.
The film will star Taron Egerton, Mark Strong, Halle Berry, Pedro Pascal, Channing Tatum, Jeff Bridges, Colin Firth and Julianne Moore. It’s directed by Matthew Vaughn and written by him and Jane Goldman.
Plot Concept: In “Kingsman: The Golden Circle,” our heroes face a new challenge. When their headquarters are destroyed and the world is held hostage, their journey leads them to the discovery of an allied spy organization in the US called Statesman, dating back to the day they were both founded. In a new adventure that tests their agents’ strength and wits to the limit, these two elite secret organizations band together to defeat a ruthless common enemy, in order to save the world, something that’s becoming a bit of a habit for Eggsy…
