Final ‘Kado: The Right Answer’ Anime Episode Previewed

Kado Episode 12The spring 2017 anime series Kado: The Right Answer has come to a close and Toei is doing some solid advertising for it. The latest comes in the form of a preview for the twelfth and final episode coming up on June 30th, 2017. Crunchyroll is handling the streaming of the series with new episodes arriving weekly on the service.

The series has set Kazuya Murata as the general director and Masaki Watanabe as the series based on the scripts by Mado Nozaki. Aco ARisaka is handling the character designs for it with Toei producing the animation.

The Japanese cast includes Hiroaki Miura as Kōjirō Shindō, Takuma Terashima as Yaha-kui zaShunina, M.A.O as Saraka Tsukai, Sōma Saitō as Shun Hanamori, Kenji Akabane as Shuhei Asano, Shizuka Itou as Ritsu Natsuma, Rie Kugimiya as Kanata Shinawa, Hiroshi Naka as Kōzō Inuzuka, Shiro Saito as Kiyotaka Habuka, Masami Kikuchi as Naoki Sasauchi, Takuya Kirimoto as Takumi Genno, Hisayoshi Suganuma as Gabi, Daisuke Sakaguchi as Utamaru, Tetsuo Goto as Akito Mifune, Tsuyoshi Koyama as Atsuhiko Agata, Yūsuke Handa as Tetsuo Ōishi, Yuko Kaida as Sophie Fukami and Ryoko Shiraishi as Shimako Yuri.

Plot concept: The story follows the protagonist Kojiro Shindo, who is a shrewd negotiator at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. When his passenger aircraft is taking off from the Haneda airport, a mysterious giant cube suddenly appears in the sky. After growing bigger rapidly, it swallows the airplane with 252 passengers. The name of the cube is “Kado.” A mysterious person (?) Yaha-Kui Zashunina who comes out of Kado tries to make contact with human race, and Shindo in the cube has to work as a mediator between human and Yaha-Kui Zashunina. Meanwhile, Japanese Government also sends international negotiator Saraka Tsukai into Kado as their representative. Who is Yaha-Kui Zashunina, and what is his true purpose?
